The Andaman Coast around Krabi boasts beautiful islands and beaches.
Islands
Possibly the most famous are the Phi Phi Islands. Two large islands about 1 hour from Krabi by speedboat. Here you can tour the many bays and beaches, spend time snorkeling over the coral reefs and visit Tonsai Town on Phi Phi Don Island.
The other famous island nearby is James Bond Island in Phang Nga bay. On a speedboat tour visit James Bond island and other island locations like the floating village with a floating football pitch at Panyi Island.
Possibly the most beautiful island location is Hong Island. Easily reached from Ao Thalane pier close to Eden Villas.
Closer to Ao Nang are the large islands and beaches at Chicken Island, Poda Island, Tup Island, Phranang Beach and Railey Bay.

BEACHES
Ao-Thalane – This is the closest and quietest beach to the villas.
Khlong Muang – This is a great spot for children, food and drinks.
Tubkaek – Amazing sunsets.
Ao-Nang – Busiest beach here surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
NopparatThara – With a national park at the one end, this has easier parking options and is just a short walk to Ao-Nang Beach.
Railay Bay – With three beaches to choose from, a viewpoint and a cave this is a popular spot for a day trip (only accessible by boat) 100 Baht per person each way.
Ao-Nam Mao – Know for it’s pre-historic fossils and beach style eateries.
