Eden Villas is located in a perfectly tranquil rural area of Krabi Province.
Embraced by farmland and natural jungle, beneath towering limestone karsts and close to rivers and the sea.
There are local Thai cafes in nearby villages and very popular restaurants at Khao Tong, Ao Thalane and Din Daeng.
For shopping and entertainment the beach town Ao Nang is a short journey away. At Ao Nang there are long sandy beaches and there is a complete range of restaurants serving international food, well stocked Western style supermarkets and convenience stores. The provincial capital, Krabi Town, completes all the services you could need.

Around Eden Villas
Eden Villas is in a rural area known as Khao Tong. There are no major tourism centres in the area but all the facilities you would need are all easily accessible.
There is a very popular restaurant with beautiful coastal views at Khao Tong Terrace if you follow the road to the coast at Ao Thalane there are a number of seafood restaurants.
Ao Thalane for kayak tours, boat trips and seafood restaurants.
From the jetty at Ao Thalane you can take a boat trip to Hong Island. You can also go on a guided tour by kayak, along the coast to mangrove lined waterways.
Inland from Eden Villas you’ll find Nai Sat, a small market town. This is a Thai country community that contains a Chinese Temple, a Buddhist Temple and a Mosque.
Tha Pohm – Khlong Song Nahm nature park near Nai Sat.
Nearby is a small nature park, Tha Pom, also known as Khlong Song Nahm which means ‘stream of two waters’. The park contains streams and small ponds of clear water, the water is a mix of spring water and sea water.
Din Daeng Doi viewpoint and restaurants nearby.
Follow a small country road to reach the village of Din Daeng Noi. There’s more choices for Thai-Western restaurants for lunch and dinner and also the popular Din Daeng Doi. Here a short walking trail takes you to a hill top summit with panoramic views across the valley and karsts and to the sea and islands beyond.
Khlong Muang beachside restaurants, luxury resorts and Khao Heng Nak National Park.
Khlong Muang is a small beachside town with a wide sandy beach. There’s a good variety of beachside restaurants here and some luxury resorts, the Dusit Thani and the Sofitel with its 9 hole golf course, further up the coast is the beach at Tubkaek also bordered by luxury resorts, the road end at the National Park and the hiking trail to Khao Heng Nak.

Temples & Culture
Thailand’s temples are known for their beauty of style and settings.
Around Krabi there are many that you can visit to admire the artistic designs and at the Tiger Cave Temple you can climb to a mountain top view point.
The Tiger Cave Temple near Krabi Town is the province’s most famous temple. The temple and grounds are very large and you can climb a steep path of steps to a Buddha statue on the top of a karst high above. From here there are great views of Krabi Town.
There are many other temples around Krabi and the large beautiful temple in Phang Nga province at Wat Bang Riang.
Tropical Nature
Away from the beaches Krabi also boasts some beautiful inland scenery. Dominated by the high, sheer sided limestone Karsts, the jungle and farmland between provides a backdrop of greenery everywhere you go.
You can visit National Parks and follow walking trails to viewpoints and to high waterfalls, natural hot thermal springs and calm swimming pools in jungle clearings.

Makro wholesale outlets, Tesco supermarkets and Krabi’s own Mother Marche stores sell fruit and vegetables, fresh and preserved meats, Western style dry foods like cereals and pastas, tinned foods, sauces and condiments. They also sell a complete range of soft and alcoholic drinks.
For snacks and everyday items there are numerous local general stores and outdoor markets in surrounding villages.
